Created by London & Partners and launched by the Mayor of London, India Emerging Twenty (IE20) has a mission to discover 20 of India’s most innovative and high-growth companies each year to help them grow to London.

Who are they? 

Winners of IE20 are companies identified as the most innovative and high-growth companies in India, with great ambition and commitment to international growth.

Each year, a shortlist of applicants pitch their business to an impressive line up of judges. Previous judges have included Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairperson and Managing Director of Biocon, Neetu Bhatia, CEO of Kyazoonga, an IE20 2016 winning company, as well as London experts including Arbinder Chatwal, Head of India Advisory Services, from BDO and Asma Bashir, Global Marketing Director from Newland Chase. Each year, the chosen judging panel posessses market leading experience in helping Indian companies build a global business by leveraging London's position as the capital of World Business.

The 20 annual winners are awarded a London business package. The package includes office membership, market entry support, marketing, PR and funding consultation as well as membership in the London Business Growth Programme offering continuing support and mentorship.

Eligibility criteria to participate in IE20

Companies should be registered in India after 2000 and have international ambitions with a product or service suitable for global markets. Companies must not already have a presence in London.
