    As a co-founder of UK-based urban eVTOL startup Bellwether Industries and the mobility R&D centre BAMS Tech in Taiwan, Kai-Tse has been at the forefront of developing urban aircraft and broader transportation solutions.

    With a background in intelligent mobility and industrial design, he has spent many years developing urban aircraft, advancing through multiple generations of design and validation. Recognised in the Power Book 2023 by eVTOL Insights, Kai-Tse now focuses on global resource allocation and strategic operations at Bellwether to drive business expansion.

    Dr Eben Upton (CBE) DFBCS FREng is the CEO of Raspberry Pi Holdings. He was elected to the Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Engineering in 2017, appointed a Distinguished Fellow of the British Computer Society in 2019 and elected an Honorary Fellow of St John’s College, Cambridge in 2020.

    He was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to business and education in 2016. He was previously a Technical Director and Distinguished Engineer with fabless semiconductor company Broadcom, and co-founder and CTO of mobile games and middleware vendor Ideaworks 3D (now Marmalade Game Studio).

    From 2004 to 2007, he held the post of Director of Studies for Computer Science at St John’s College. He holds a BA in Physics and Engineering, a PhD in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Katherine previously had roles at the British Science Association, Nesta and the Forensic Science Service. She is an Honorary Fellow of Selwyn College Cambridge and a Trustee for Pilotlight and the Enthuse Charitable Trust.

    Qi is Director of Computer Vision at Snap Inc and leads the development of the augmented reality (AR) platform used by Spectacles - Snap’s AR glasses. Qi is based in London and has been at Snap for eight years. Qi holds a PhD in real-time 3D reconstruction from the University of Cambridge.
