About the Innovation Fellowship programme

Launched in 2020 as an executive education programme, sharing best practice in open innovation, the Innovation Fellowship has grown into a cross-sector network of innovation leaders from more than 100 global corporations.

Through the fellowship, we continue to grow our community and support the development and delivery of their open innovation with a cohort-based three-month programme, delivered in collaboration with Royal College of Art

The programme helps Fellows to overcome the barriers to successful open innovation by establishing models and frameworks, combining lectures on culture and ecosystem engagement, enabling peer-to-peer learning and showcasing real-world case studies from industry leaders.

Following the programme, Fellows join our wider network and benefit from support in delivering their innovation activities through ongoing fellowship meetings, access to startup connections and opportunities to raise the profile of their innovation activity.

The Fellowship helped me understand how to maximise my role and its potential to influence the direction of my organisation. This has resulted in a realignment of my objectives, and as a result I am working to cultivate the innovative culture throughout the organisation, scoping partnerships within our ecosystem that go beyond transactional, and fostering more symbiotic relationships by outlining roadmaps that incorporate both my organization's and our partners' evolutions.
