The challenge

While BPM is well-established across North America, this initiative represented our first formal expansion of opening an international office to directly serve the UK market.

Establishing our first-ever UK presence meant building a cohesive operating model from scratch, navigating local employment, corporate governance and legal complexities without a ready-made internal strategy.

How London & Partners helped

London & Partners delivered actionable advice around international expansion, strategy and a realistic roadmap for our business to become fully operational in the UK.

We found London & Partners to be hands-on and relationship-led, which helped build trust, an open dialogue and great, responsive support.

London & Partners delivered key insights into the UK and London business landscape, as well as accurate and timely data around US-UK differences, the employment market, company law and tax systems.

What support from London & Partners did you find most useful?

The combination of extensive on-the-ground expertise in London to support our UK partners, and experienced leaders we could connect with on the West coast for real-time support, allowed for seamless, personal collaboration right from the initial expansion discussions.

We valued London & Partners’ long, successful history of helping companies select and expand into London, demonstrating clear experience in our specific challenges.

The team provided high-value insights and spoke with great clarity and confidence regarding the business support, strategy and decision-making necessary to successfully make London our next international home.

The outcome

Grow London was a welcome supporter in helping us successfully deliver our own UK expansion plan.

Following our market entry announcement in March 2025, we were well positioned to grow and develop our London office, embedding our culture, bringing on important new team members, broadening our key service offering to support UK inbound clients and feeling ready for future growth.

How have you found London and would you recommend the city to set up and grow?

We couldn't be more excited to call London our new home. The city provides a great platform for our future – an exceptional talent pool, established business infrastructure and the regulatory stability we require.

Most importantly, it creates a crucial transatlantic bridge, allowing us to seamlessly serve our clients in both the US and UK markets.

We feel a genuine connection here and look forward to building our future in London. Thanks for all your help Grow London in getting us to this point!
